I am Magda, an accredited Workplace, Civil, and Commercial Mediator (CMC) and International Mediator (IMI), experienced in handling a variety of mediation contexts both nationally and internationally. I am also an Organisational Psychologist, registered with the British Psychological Society, and hold a Psychometric European Test User certificate.

With over twenty years of diverse experience, my journey has spanned across mediation, learning and development, workplace investigation, clinical and pastoral counselling, coaching, and mentoring. My work is deeply informed by a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), ensuring that I approach every situation with empathy and understanding.

My multifaceted expertise and dedication to offering personalized services make me a unique resource for conflict resolution, organizational development, and personal growth. I am currently enhancing my capabilities by pursuing a PhD in Conflict Resolution and Mediation, aiming to provide even more sophisticated, research-backed solutions.
