I am an accredited Mediator who has trained in Civil, Commercial and Workplace mediation with the London School Of Mediation. I am registered with the Civil Mediation Council as an Associate Mediator and I have Qualified status with the International Mediation Institute.

After over 20 years in Senior Management working for large business and later through assisting Start-Up organisations in my own consultancy, I have developed a deep and hands-on knowledge of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Sector (FMCG). I have particular specialism in Food and Beverage Manufacturing, R&D, Product Innovation and the respective supply chain components including a technical level understanding of ingredients, food additives, flavourings and plant and process machinery. Other areas of experience gained through Senior Management include workplace disputes, dismissal, gross misconduct and handling difficult employees. I have additional experience and interests in the areas of Landlord and Tenant and Music Industry disputes.
